It’s Finally Happening—Our First Flip, #432Reno!

You know that feeling when a project has been brewing behind the scenes, and you finally get to share it? That’s today. We’re beyond excited to introduce #432Reno—our first-ever home flip in Philadelphia, PA! This little rowhome has so much potential, and we can’t wait to bring it back to life with some thoughtful renovations.

This isn’t just about making things pretty—it’s about honoring the character of this home while bringing it up to modern standards in a way that makes sense. Here’s what’s on the list:

Kitchen

The kitchen is getting a major overhaul. We’re taking it down to the studs, removing the outdated drop ceiling (goodbye, claustrophobic vibes!), and reworking the layout to add a much-needed dishwasher. It’s going to be a total transformation.

Bathroom

A refresh that’s both functional and beautiful—new showerhead, updated vanity, fresh caulk and grout, plus a new medicine cabinet and lighting to brighten the space. It’s all about bringing in those small but impactful updates that make a bathroom feel brand new.

Basement

The basement is getting a glow-up! We’re removing the drop ceiling (again, why were these everywhere?!), replacing the flooring, and giving the whole space a fresh coat of paint. Simple changes, big impact.

Basement Bathroom

Yes, even the basement bathroom is getting some love! Just like upstairs, we’re swapping out the showerhead and vanity, regrouting, replacing the lighting, and installing a new medicine cabinet. It’s all about making sure every part of this home feels cohesive and fresh.

Cosmetic Touches

One of the things we love most about this home is the original hardwood flooring, and we’re bringing it back to life. A little refinishing will go a long way in making this space feel warm and inviting. We’re also replacing the dining room light fixture and giving the walls a fresh coat of paint throughout.

This project is fast-paced (we’re talking 30 days start to finish), but we’re ready for the challenge. We’ll be sharing updates, behind-the-scenes moments, and all the real-life reno moments along the way.

We can’t wait to hear what you think—what part of the transformation are you most excited to see? Let us know in the comments! 🛠️✨
