How long does it take to receive my order?
Personalized keepsakes typically take 5–7 business days to craft, plus 3–5 days for shipping. Heirloom furniture can take 4–8 weeks depending on complexity. Rush options are available for select items - contact us to discuss timelines.

Do you have a physical location?
Yes—we craft all of our pieces in our garage workshop in Denver, where wood, tools, and inspiration come together every day.
While we’re still refining our 1,000 sq ft studio to host future workshops and events, you can catch us at pop-ups around Denver or in a few thoughtfully chosen local boutiques.

How does personalization work?
After you place your order, we provide a digital proof for your review. Once you approve it, we begin crafting your piece with your chosen names, dates, coordinates, symbols, handwriting, or simple graphics. Changes cannot be made after approval, so please review carefully.

Can I return or exchange a personalized item?
Personalized items cannot be returned. If your item has a defect or we make an error, we will repair, remake, or replace it.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the U.S. only. Local furniture deliveries include white-glove setup, and long-distance orders use trusted freight partners. Expedited shipping is available for select items.

Personalized Item Guarantee & Policies
We stand behind the quality of every item we create. All personalized products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects or workmanship errors. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and its original packaging for a prompt replacement or a full refund.
Because each item is made to order, personalized pieces cannot be returned for buyer’s remorse. All requests for refunds or exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.
We want your order to be exactly as you envision it. Mistakes happen, so please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order — check spelling, dates, names, and any other custom text. Once an order is submitted, we cannot accept cancellations or changes, as production begins immediately.
For the integrity of our brand and products, we reserve the right to cancel any order deemed inappropriate due to language, content, or imagery.
Please note: we are not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances affecting our shipping partners. While we always strive to deliver on time, we appreciate your understanding if circumstances beyond our control impact your order.

Can I order custom furniture or bulk/corporate gifts?
Yes. We welcome fully custom furniture projects, bulk orders, and corporate gifting. Custom orders require a consultation and deposit. All bulk and corporate orders include proofs for approval to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

What types of wood and finishes do you use?
We use premium hardwoods and select exotic species, chosen for durability, beauty, and sustainability. Finishes on serving surfaces are food-safe, and occasional re-oiling will keep your pieces looking vibrant for years.

While we understand that presentation is an important part of the gift-giving experience, our primary focus is protecting your piece during shipping. Packaging will vary depending on the item’s size, shape, weight, and quantity to ensure it reaches you safely.
To make your gift truly unforgettable, we highly recommend adding our gift wrapping. Thoughtful touches like custom tissue, ribbons, and keepsake packaging transform your handcrafted piece into a ready-to-give, memorable gift.
